Core Facility Rules
- •Maximum occupancy: 40 people.
- •Maximum parking: 20 vehicles, designated spaces only.
- •No overflow parking permitted.
- •Only Edge-provided tables and chairs may be used.
- •No outside tables, chairs, benches, or equipment allowed on the gym floor, regardless of wheels or protection.
- •Gym floor is for foot traffic only.
- •Clean, soft-soled shoes only on gym floor.
- •No glass containers or bottles inside the facility.
Waivers & Supervision
- •The Edge Liability Waiver must be signed by the renter and every participant engaging in athletic activities.
- •The booking organizer is personally liable for all guests. You must ensure every participant signs a waiver before the event — if they haven't signed and participate, you assume full liability.
- •Waiver links (adult and minor) are included in your booking confirmation email. It is your responsibility to distribute them to all attendees.
- •A supervisor aged 25+ must be present at all times during the rental and listed by name and age in the booking.
Rental Tiers & What's Included
- •Gym Rental: for sports and athletic use only. No food, beverages, alcohol, or consumables of any kind are permitted. Cleaning is NOT included — you must leave the space in clean, returnable condition.
- •Event Rental: permits food, beverages, and gatherings. Basic post-event cleaning is included for normal use.
- •Upstairs can be added to either Gym Rental or Event Rental.
- •Food and drink (where permitted) must remain in designated areas only and are not allowed on the gym floor.
- •Any damage, excessive mess, or repair beyond normal wear and tear may incur additional charges billed to the card on file.
Food Safety
- •The Edge is not responsible for any foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or health issues resulting from food or beverages brought onto the premises by the renter or their guests.
- •You are solely responsible for the preparation, handling, storage, and safety of all food and drink at your event.
Substances & Consumables
- •The Edge does not provide, distribute, sell, or condone the use of alcohol, marijuana, controlled substances, or any illegal drugs.
- •If you or your guests bring and consume any such substances, you assume full and sole liability for all consequences — including impaired driving, accidents, injuries, or legal consequences.
- •The Edge bears zero liability for any incident arising from substance use by renters or their guests.
- •You agree to indemnify The Edge against any claims related to substance use during your booking.
Time & Access
- •You may not enter before or stay beyond your reserved time slot.
- •A 1-hour cleanup buffer is automatically reserved after every booking so the facility is ready for the next renter.
- •Renters and their guests must remain within the space(s) included in their booking at all times.
- •Accessing or using any area not included in your reservation (e.g., going upstairs when only the main floor was booked) will be charged at 1.5x the hourly rate for that unauthorized space for the full duration of your booking.
- •The facility has surveillance cameras and compliance is actively monitored.
Backcharges & Dispute Process
- •$250 — bringing food, drinks, or consumables into a Gym Rental booking.
- •$150 — failure to leave the facility in clean, returnable condition after any booking.
- •$50 per hour — each additional hour required to clean or restore the space before the next booking.
- •Repair or replacement cost — any damage to the facility, equipment, furnishings, or surfaces, at documented market repair cost.
- •1.5x hourly rate — for any unauthorized space accessed during your booking.
- •Post-event photos are OPTIONAL. A secure photo-upload link is emailed at the end of your booking; submitting 4–6 clear photos of the space within 24 hours is the primary evidence you can use to dispute a backcharge. Not submitting photos does not affect your booking — but disputes will be resolved using only The Edge's inspection record.
- •You will receive written notice of any backcharge by email — including evidence and an itemized breakdown — at least 48 hours before the charge is processed. To dispute, reply within the 48-hour window. Charges processed after the dispute window are final.
Damage, Conduct & Enforcement
- •Renter is responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations.
- •Repeated violations or misuse of the facility will result in suspension of rental privileges.
- •The Edge reserves the right to end any event early if these policies are not followed.
